Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed it will take 5-7 working days to deliver to the given address.

1. Return Policy

If you get a wrong, damaged or you didn't like the product, kindly return the product within 3 days after delivery.

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition.
  • Quality Issues: If the product quality doesn't meet our standard.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received items different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order.
  • Not Satisfied: If you're not satisfied with the product.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is received:

  • For standard orders: Any time before the order has been shipped
  • For custom orders: Within 24 hours of placing the order

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

4. Refund Policy

Once the refund is approved it will take 7 business days to credit to your bank account.

5. Refund Amount

Refunds will include:

  • The full price of the returned item
  • Applicable taxes on the returned item

Delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is being refunded due to our error (wrong items, damaged products, or quality issues).
