All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time indicated on our website. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

We take special care to ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any visible damage before accepting it. If damage is visible, please notify the delivery person and contact us immediately.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product according to our return policy.

8. Product Warranty

Most of our tech accessories come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and specific terms vary by product and are indicated on the product page. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be subject to inspection.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or any attempt to alter or modify the product.

Further, RCPI India does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

11. Limitations

In no event shall RCPI India or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RCPI India's website, even if RCPI India or a RCPI India authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

RCPI India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
